If students in Pine-Bluff want to get their EcoPass through us instead of through the university, here is the procedure:
Below is a reminder of the policy for waiving CU Student Bus Pass fees if
they live in and contribute to a neighborhood that offers the NECO Pass.
1. A student with both a Neighborhood Eco Pass and a student bus pass
may waive the student bus and bike programs fee if they choose. To do
this, they must first request the waiver by email from the
Colorado.EDU account to buspass@colorado.edu. Second, they must visit
our office in the UMC, room 355 to present their Neighborhood Eco
Pass. Finally, they must email buspass@colorado.edu again to confirm
they have presented their pass, and I will process the waiver from
there. They will receive a confirmation from buspass@colorado.edu that
their waiver has been processed.
2. The timeline of eligibility to waive a fee is from the time a
student is assessed the fee to the completion of the term (last day of
finals).
3. Only students may request a waiver of their student bus and bike
programs fee. Full-time employees of the University receive a pass
paid by the University.
